At Jensen Hus, kitchens are our passion. In ancient Scandinavia, the great fire burned at the center of the Long House (long hus) , providing warmth, light and a place to cook for the families that lived in and around it. We are inspired from this ancient time and design of living, that is still practiced today, as families gather around the stoves and kitchen tables, where they eat, drink, and share their lives.
We design each and every kitchen, around this ancient and traditional vision of family and tribe, gathered around the fire. Kitchens large and small, that match the aesthetic of not only the home that surrounds it, but also the unique spirit of the families that will live in it.
